Kole's Agility Puppy Classes
Kole was introduced to his first agility equipment in puppy class. From puppy class, he went into Fun with Agility and has been in class ever since. We train with Denise Tarby at Northfield Dog Training and are now in Intro to Competitive Agility. Kole LOVES this stuff.
Just after Kole turned 16 months (May 13, 2006), I took him to Mt. Morris, Michigan to Camp Q, home and training facility of UKC Judge, Peg Sturtz. I wanted to know how close Kole was to trialing in UKC agility. Since I was still recovering from a broken arm, I couldn’t run him so Kole got to work in a new place, outdoors for the first time, and with a brand-new handler.
I plan to trial Kole in the spring of 2009. We had two private agility lessons with Bud Houston when we attended the Rally Camp. Bud was very complimentary of Kole and said he could run at Masters Level. The picture below is from one of our fun matches.
