Kole's first time in the ring

Kole’s breeder has shown him in conformation beginning with a Best of Breed Novice puppy win at the UKC Premier when he was just a little over 5 months of age.
Then, in September she showed him at the Genetics Fundraiser in Fowlerville, Michigan and Kole took an AWSA major, a couple of reserve wins, and a couple Best Puppy and Best Opposite Sex puppy.

The next month at the AWSA National, he took Best Puppy as well as a couple Reserves, and a Best of Opposite puppy win.
In Greentown, he took a WSCC major, a reserve win, and a couple Best Puppy wins. Then, in his first UKC show as a Junior, he took his first major.
Judges have been very complimentary of him. In Kole’s brief showing career so far, his mother, Pebbles, has often been picked Best of Breed and the judges smile at their consistency in choosing mother and son.

Kole earned his UKC Championship at just over 1 year of age, his WSCC Championship at 1-1/2 years of age, his AWSA Championship at just over 2, and his UKC Grand championship at 2-1/2. He was Select One at the 2008 AWSA National where he also earned his HCT herding title, his CW-OB1 title, and another leg toward his Rally title. He received his Tending Evaluation certificate with sheep in Sept. He has already been in the Top Ten with AWSA and the Top Ten with UKC.

UKC Grand Championship earned July 27, 2008 in Ann Arbor, MI.
Kole was shown by Michelle Koons. It was fitting that Gene Reynolds gave Kole the final win for his Grand just like he gave it to Kole’s Auntie Kyra. |
